AP coastal industrial corridor

Kakinada, April 18 The Andhra Pradesh Government is keen on developing the Kakinada-Visakhapatnam zone as a coastal industrial corridor, making full use of the potential of the Krishna-Godavari basin, according to Mr Sanjay Jaju, Managing Director of the Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to reporters here after a review meeting on the proposed coastal corridor, he said the proposed corridor would cover the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and East Godavari, and that the master plan was being prepared.
