ISB 's pre-doctoral programme

Hyderabad, April 18

The Indian School of Business (ISB) is launching a pre-doctoral programme for those aspiring to get admitted into a Ph.D Programme in leading business schools across the world. The two-year programme, probably first of its kind in the country, would cost about Rs 10 lakh per person and ISB would absorb the costs and offer it free to the participants.

The University of California and New York University would be associated with the programme in addition to the Wharton and Kellogg Schools of Management with which ISB has a tie-up at present. The full time and residential programme would comprise prescribed courses and research projects in accounting, financial economics, and information systems and operations managements.

The admissions would be offered on the basis of a good academic record with a quantitative focus and high GMAT/GRE scores and is open to both experiences professionals and the freshers. - Our Bureau
