Suryachakra creates EPC division

Hyderabad, April 23

Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd informed BSE that its board on Tuesday approved the opening of an EPC, Consultancy and Contracts division. It is setting up projects through subsidiaries — Lahari Power and Steels Ltd (2x35MW), a coal-based group captive power plant, Sri Panchajanya Power 5-6 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant and South Asian Agro Industries Ltd, a 5-6 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant with support from Man Solar Millennium, Germany. —
