B.Sc. course in catering

The Asia Pacific International Campus (APIC), a
division of the Kochi-based S.B.Global
Educational Resources, has been approved by the
Alagappa University as the collaborative programme
centre of the latter to offer B.Sc. degree course in
catering & hotel administration. SB Global offers
various programmes in the fields of hospitality and
tourism with certification recognised in India and
abroad, Mr R. Balachandran, Chairman and Managing
Director, said. The degree program is a full-fledged
3-year full time course. The course commences in
mid-June and the last date for submitting applications
is May 28. The course includes value-additions of a
foreign language, communication skills in English and
