Taj-GVK income increases

Hyderabad, April 29

Taj-GVK Hotels and Resorts has reported 6 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 20.04 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008 from Rs 18.72 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The total income for the quarter was put at Rs 71.65 crore (Rs 68.37 crore) in the quarter, showing a growth of 5 per cent. The hospitality company posted net profit of Rs 70.42 crore for the fiscal, as against Rs 64.32 crore, showing a growth of 9 per cent. —
