Quintegra revenue surges

Bangalore, April 30

Quintegra Solutions Ltd, an IT and products company, said revenue for the latest quarter was Rs 104.33 crore, compared with Rs 30.72 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit for the period was Rs.5.51 crore, (Rs 2.86 crore).

Mr Shankarraman Vaidyanathan, Chairman and Managing Director, said during the quarter the company focused on integrating its acquisitions to realise the benefits of the acquisitions. For fiscal 2008, the company reported revenues of Rs 390.30 crore, compared with Rs 77.10 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement. Net profit for the period was Rs 35.15 crore, (Rs7 crore). The company is actively looking for acquisitions in Europe to increase revenue from Europe and improve client base, it said. –
