Country Club buys boutique hotel in Dubai

Hyderabad, May 3 Country Club India Ltd (CCIL) has announcing the acquisition of a boutique luxury property in the Emirate of Dubai for 165 million AED (approximately Rs 175 crore).

Because of the strategic location of Dubai and its status as an international financial hub, CCIL has taken a decision to make Dubai its international headquarters, it said in a notice to the BSE. The acquired property is located centrally 15 minutes from the airport and houses over a 100 rooms. Post this acquisition, CCIL will have employees from 16 nationalities. The property is an already running profit-making entity and will be CCIL’s gateway to the West Asia and Europe.
