Hyderabad, May 5 Satyam Computer today announced that its Automotive Embedded Engineering Practice has achieved the Pathfinder Organisational Maturity Level 5, an assessment that reflects company’s process maturity. The company in a statement said that it is the third company to achieve this distinction. The assessment was performed by the Satyam’s Automotive team along with KPMG and Impernova. As part of sourcing contracts, the Procurement Forum which comprises major motor vehicle manufacturers such as Porche, Daimler, Volkswagen, Audi and BMW among others, suppliers have to be assessed to this process model. Dr TSK Murthy, Global Head Integrated Engineering Solutions, in a statement said this will encourage automotive decision makers to think of Satyam when they want quality work. The Satyam embedded engineering service is an integral part of a larger Integrated Engineering Solutions practice with a team of over 800 engineers specialising in automotive electronics for safety and control. — Our Bureau More Stories on : Standards & Benchmarks | Automobiles | Software | Satyam Computer Services Ltd
