New head for Citi India cards unit

New Delhi, May 6 Citi India's Global Consumer Group on Tuesday announced the appointment of Mr Sandeep Bhalla as Head of Credit Cards for Citibank India. Prior to this appointment, Mr Bhalla, who has been with Citi for over six years, was the Regional Head of Decision Management for all consumer products in Asia Pacific Consumer Banking based out of Singapore. The decision management function uses advanced analytics, financial engineering, risk management and consumer behavioral study to spur growth. In his new role, he will report to Mr P.S. Jayakumar, Country Business Manager, Global Consumer Group, Citi India. - Our Bureau
