Scotland co buys 75% stake in Helios

Chennai, May 6

Scotland-based Voice Stream has acquired 75 per cent stake in Chennai-based Helios Outsourcing for an ‘undisclosed’ amount. Through the merger, the Voice Stream group is eyeing an investment of $3 million in developing Helios Outsourcing into one of the niche oriented call centre management firms. the Helios Outsourcing Chief Executive, Mr Satz Moses, told Business Line: “We plan to have as many as 100 associate call centres across the country to work o n behalf of Helios’ international clientele.
