Infosys, SAP expand ties

Our Bureau

Bangalore, May 6 Infosys Technologies Ltd has signed up to the SAP Global Service Partner Programme.

The two companies have been working together for more than five years to help companies realise benefits from their investment in SAP applications. Through this newly expanded relationship, customers will benefit from bolstered implementation services, enhanced solution delivery and increased global reach, the company said.

Infosys’ SAP Practice has been growing at nearly 70 per cent annually over the past five years and is a key contributor to the expansion of the SAP ecosystem.

The company said it plans to establish a solution centre in Bangalore. With Infosys’ newly founded India Business Unit and the collaboration with SAP India, the partnership will support the development of the fast-growing Indian market, the company added.
