Effective change management calls for formulation of
effective strategies by the managers in their
respective organisations, said Mr Prakash P. Mallya,
Chairman and Managing Director of Vijaya Bank.
Delivering the graduation day address at Justice K.S.
Hegde Institute of Management at Nitte in Udupi district,
he said success depends upon effective change
management. A press release by the institute said here on
Monday that Mr Mallya gave away graduation certificates
to 120 MBA students of the institute on the occasion. Mr
N. Vinay Hegde, President of the Nitte Education Trust,
presided over the ceremony. Dr M.S. Moodithaya,
Director of the institute, presented the annual report on
