Hyderabad, May 14 Castrol India on Tuesday launched its 100th flagship Castrol BikeZone in the country in Kukatpally in Hyderabad, and its first Professional Zone assuring enhanced service quality for bike lovers.

The Managing Director of Castrol India, Mr Naveen Kshatriya, said, “the opening of this BikeZone here, 14th in Hyderabad, reflects the enthusiastic response we have received from the zones established through franchisee route across 19 cities in the country.

These BikeZones service all bike brands.”

Addressing a press conference here after the launch of what the company claimed was the first Professional Castrol BikeZone, Mr Naveen Kshatriya said, “these bike zones are being driven on enduring relationships and cater to people who take care of bikes with a passion and pride their ownership. They spend time at the service centre to have them taken care the way they would prefer.”

“Significantly, people prefer to watch their bikes serviced and also get back the old parts removed from them. The transparency built into the service network creates greater bonding between these zones and bike owners,” he said.

The Professional Zone features the Turbulator, an automated bike cleaning system which ensures consistency in washing and reduces wash time.

This technology is developed by Castrol. The BikeZone set up here also has a water recycling facility which ensures that there is optimum usage of water.

Castrol India expects to grow this number to about three times over the next two to three years, Mr Naveen Kshatriya said.
