Nettlinx to buy Australian firm

Hyderabad, May 14

Nettlinx Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors at its meeting has considered acquisition of the capital of Anchor Systems Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia, a hosted services provider. The company board has authorised Mr Vijay Bhasker Reddy, Executive Director, to comply with legal formalities for acquisition of 100 per cent of Capital of Anchor Systems Pty Ltd, Sydney. When contacted, the company spokesperson said the details and terms of the deal would be annou nced shortly. Nettlinx provides Web hosting and leased line services with operations in Andhra Pradesh and in New Jersey in the US.
