New Delhi, May 15 The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and Airports Authority of India on Thursday signed an agreement to promote mutual cooperation in the civil aviation sector.

The agreement will see both the agencies share knowledge in areas of airport management and operations, apart from exchanging information on civil aviation programmes and projects. The agreement also paves the way for coordination in training, research and development programmes.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer, CAAS, Mr Lim Kim Choon and the AAI Chairman, Mr K. Ramalingam.
