The Hindu Business Line : FIEO signs MoU with Colombia

The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) plans on a trade delegation to Colombia during this year. This was stated by the FIEO President, Mr Ganesh Kumar Gupta, at the MoU signing event with the Colombian Association of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ACOPI). The MoU was signed by the Mr Gupta, FIEO President, and Ms Soraya Caro from ACOPI in the presence of Mr Juan Alfredo Pinto Saavedra, Ambassador of Colombia, and Mr Ajay Sahai, Director General, FIEO. Mr Saavedra said that his immediate target would be to increase bilateral trade to $2 billion. FIEO President said that the Federation would like to organise a reverse buyer seller meet with the Colombian trade delegation that is expected to visit India in September. - Our Bureau
