Bangalore, May 17 Mr H. Rathnakar Hegde, General Manager of Vijaya Bank, has been appointed Executive Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Mr Rathnakar has, during his 38-year stint in Vijaya Bank, served as the manager and head of several branches and regions of the bank, said a release. Before elevation to the Executive Director’s post in Oriental Bank of Commerce, Mr Hegde was heading the Personnel, Treasury, Credit Corporate and Industrial Finance in Vijaya Bank, a Bank release said.
