Bilcare course in clinical research

The clinical research market in the country could
touch $2 billion by 2010 and the industry would
require nearly 20,000-50,000 trained personnel, Dr
Medha Joshi, Principal, Bilcare Research Academy said.
Bilcare intends to produce around 5,000 clinical research
professionals by 2010, she said. She was here in
connection with a seminar organised by Bilcare Research
Academy for students in Kochi to educate them about the
career opportunities in clinical research and the course
launched by Bilcare Research Academy - Post Graduate
Diploma in Clinical Trial Management - in alliance with
The Association of Clinical Research Professionals
(ACRP). Bilcare has also tied-up with the Bangalore
Diabetes Hospital to help the students and the faculty
gain experience in ongoing global clinical trials. - Our
