Aviva Life plans more branches in western region

Aviva Life Insurance is planning to launch additional 11 branches and spokes in western India taking the total number to 60 branches and spokes covering Pune, Indore, Jamnagar, Bardoli, Barwani, Jhansi,Surat, Rajkot, Gwalior and Jabalpur.

Aviva is also present in over 1,504 locations through its bancassurance partnerships in western India. It plans to double its field force capacity from the current 14,000 financial planning advisers in the western region itself, Ms Jayeeta Sen, Regional Director - Sales, Aviva India, said.

“Western India is an important market for us and we have expanded our presence in this region in the 2007. Being a customer centric company, we have aggressive expansion plans in the region to ensure that we reach our target audience, and offer them market leading products and services and fulfil our vision of bringing prosperity and peace of mind to all our customers.”

She added that new locations planned in Pune inlcuded Pimpri/Chinchwad and Kothrud.
