Our Bureau Coimbatore, May 27 Camlin Ltd’s board of directors has approved sub-division of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each. Cords Cable Industries Ltd has bagged an export order worth around $12 million (Rs 50 crore) for supply of LT Power Cables (copper conductor) for a major project in the West Asia to be delivered in the next six to seven months. Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has received contracts from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd A/c Bhartiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Ltd (BHAVINI) with a contract value of Rs 66.13 crore and €18.14 lakh for supply and for civil works (Design, supply, construction, finishing and handing over) of sea water pump house and electochlorination plants building and associate structures with a contract value of Rs 33.11 crore. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd’s board directors has recommended sub-division of equity shares of Rs 10 each into ten shares of Re 1 each. Sita Shree Food Products Ltd has received 400 tonne order from Reliance Fresh to deliver wheat flour and pulses, which is an increase of about 250 per cent from the previous order of 160 mt. The company will expand its production capacity to reach a turnover of Rs 500 crore by FY 2009-10 and it has placed orders for latest machinery to cater to the future opportunity.
