Coimbatore, May 28 Compucom Software Ltd has been awarded an ICT project by Secondary Education Department, Government of Rajasthan, to provide computer education on build, own, operate, and transfer basis in 2,292 Government Schools of Rajasthan. The contract value is worth Rs 142 crore (approximate) and the company has received Letters of Intent in this regard from respective Deputy Directors.

Kothari Products Ltd has formed a new company in Singapore, named Kothari Products Singapore Pvt Ltd, as its 100 per cent subsidiary company. The company’s activities will be general wholesale trade (including general import and export) and business management and consultancy services.
