Bangalore, May 29 CXOs across all industries are increasingly facing the pressure of their organisations’ organic growth, changes in the operating environment and an unprecedented rise in compensation.

Organisations have to nurture and develop the capabilities of their key leadership to face these challenges successfully. Spotting a need to provide interventions to enable CXOs to learn and network, Dominion, an exclusive CXO forum, was launched in Bangalore today.

Dominion offers executive coaching, thematic issue based research and benchmarking, research and consulting, capability-focussed workshops and assessments to member organisations for an annual fee of Rs 15 lakh for two CXOs.

After speaking to more than 100 CXOs across industries, Dominion has decided to offer services in the areas of globalisation, communication, operation and human capital. “For the next six months, workshops, consulting, research and assessments would be based on these themes,” said the Chairman and founder of Dominion, Mr Romi Malhotra. Membership to Dominion is by invitation only and about 100 companies from manufacturing, hospitality, IT, BPO, biotech and pharma are expected to sign up for the programme this year.

Currently, Dominion has launched centres in Bangalore and Delhi and would soon launch in Mumbai, the Middle East and the Asia Pac region.

In the first year, Dominion would invest about Rs 5-10 crore for the project and would follow up with similar investments in the coming years, Mr Malhotra said. The company has also started work on its exclusive training and office space which would be ready in a year’s time, Mr Malhotra said.
