People States - Tamil Nadu Corporate Affairs gets new Regional Director Our Bureau Chennai, May 30 Mr B.K. Bansal has taken over as Regional Director (southern region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Bansal, who has held several key posts such as Registrar of Companies at Gwalior, Bangalore and Kanpur, was serving as the Director (Inspection and Investigation) in Delhi. Mr N. S. Ponnunambi has taken over as Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He was earlier the joint director in the office of the Regional Director (southern region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai.
