Call rates ease

Mumbai, May 30

The inter-bank call rates eased a bit to close at 7-7.25 per cent, against the previous close of 7.8-8 per cent. In the three-day reverse repo auction under LAF, the RBI received and accepted one bid for Rs 30 crore. The RBI also received and accepted 11 repo bids for Rs 9,630 crore. In the CBLO market, there were 555 trades amounting to Rs 52,039 crore in the rate range of 6-7.75 per cent. - Our Bureau
