SEBI imposes Rs 3 lakh penalty on Enpee

Mumbai, May 30 Market regulator SEBI on Friday imposed a fine of Rs 3 lakh on Enpee Enterprises Pvt Ltd for its manipulative and unfair trade practices.

Enpee engaged in circular trades, reversal trades and synchronised trades in the scrip of Robinson Worldwide Trade Ltd during July 2007 through different brokers, said the SEBI order.
