Loan waiver: SBT forms core group

Thiruvananthapuram, June3

State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has formed a core group for the smooth implementation of the agricultural debt waiver and debt relief scheme. Mr Mathur K. Nanjunda, General Manager, said that top executives would monitor the implementation of the scheme. The executives would undertake visits to the branches for the purpose. The bank had also made arrangements for the appointment of ‘grievance redressal officers’ as per the scheme at the respective zonal offices, Mr Nanjunda said.
