DCB appoints SME banking head

Mangalore, June 10 Development Credit Bank (DCB) has appointed Mr K.S. Ramdas as Executive Vice-President and Head of SME Banking Group.

Quoting Mr Gautam Vir, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of DCB, a bank release said here that Mr Ramdas will spearhead the strategically important SME business, given the growth opportunity in this area for the bank.

Earlier, Mr Ramdas was Senior Vice-President and Director of Business Banking for TD Banknorth, the US subsidiary of Toronto Dominion Bank of Canada.
