Coimbatore, June 11

3i Infotech Ltd has acquired a majority stake of 51 per cent in Fineng Solutions Pvt Ltd (FinEng) with a commitment to acquire remaining stake in two tranches over a period. Mumbai-based FinEng is engaged in the business of creating and selling software products and developing software solutions. It owns certain proprietary software providing various business solutions in the financial sector, namely in the mutual fund, wealth management and credit-risk space.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on June 19, may consider the sub-division of the equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.

Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed that the company at Nardana, Dhulia, is developing an Integrated Textile Park, where its unit of 1.62 lakh spindles is coming up. However, due to non-availability of water and power the company’s project is delayed for further eight-nine months.
