Educomp bags AP order

Hyderabad, June 12

Educomp Solutions Ltd is set to implement computeraided learning in select schools in Andhra Pradesh. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received a Letter of Intent from the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh for implementation of computer-aided learning in 890 High Schools in Andhra Pradesh under BOOT model. An agreement with the School Education Department, will be signed shortly, the company said. With this order the total number of schools in the Educomp portfolio has gone up to 7,289. - Our Bureau
