Retailing Variety - Events Spencer's Retail launches Thai food fest Kolkata, June 14 Spencer's Retail Ltd kicked off here on Saturday the two-week long Thai festival at its hyper store at South City Mall. The festival, with focus on Thai cuisine, culture and tourism, will be running simultaneously in Mumbai (June 14-25). It will be also held in Bangalore and Gurgaon from June 19-30, according to company sources. The Kolkata festival, being held in association with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, was inaugurated by the Thai Consul General, Mr Manop Mekprayoonthong.
