The Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry is floating ‘WE’, an exclusive forum for women entrepreneurs. The Chamber has earlier floated a forum for young entrepreneurs, a chamber arbitration tribunal to resolve business conflicts and a business information centre to render assistance in trade and business. Addressing a press meet here on Monday, Mr S. Rethinavelu, Chamber President, said that the initiative is for the empowerment of women entrepreneurs an d enable them to balance the family responsibilities and business commitments. The move is to channelise and strategise the efforts in more fruitful and beneficial ways, he added. Ms Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, Member of Parliament, will be inaugurating the forum on Friday, she added.
