NCL Ind to pay 25% dividend

Hyderabad, June 16

NCL Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors has recommended a dividend of 25 per cent on equity shares of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs 2.50 a share. The Board, which met on June 14, has also approved the appointment of Mr Kamlesh Gandhi as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The resignation of Mr K. Jayabharath Reddy as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors was also accepted, and Mr R. Anand was elected as the new Chairman of the Board. - Our Bureau
