The Hindu Business Line : Sunil Mittal gets award

The US-India Business Council, a business advocacy organisation of US and India, has presented Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman & Group CEO, Bharti Enterprises, with the `Global Vision' award. The annual awards are accorded to luminaries from various fields for their significant contribution in bringing India and the US closer. "The award is a recognition of Mr Mittal's "revolutionary foresight in bringing telecom connectivity to benefit the lives of the common man and for his entrepreneurial zeal," said a press release. - Our Bureau
