Spice launches `People Phone'

Mangalore, June 17

Spice Telecom launched its `People Phone' in Mangalore on Tuesday. The mobile phone with Spice lifetime pre-paid connection at Rs 599 was launched by Mr Rakesh Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Spice Telecom Karnataka. , He said Spice had studied the rural market in Karnataka. The simplicity of use has been combined with economical rates to provide a `People Phone', he said. Spice, which is present in 507 locations in the State, is carrying out network expansion on monthon- month basis, he added. - Our Bureau
