WNS buys BizAps

Mumbai, June 17

BPO company WNS (Holdings) has acquired SAP solutions provider Business Applications Associates (BizAps) for an undisclosed amount. Based in the UK and US, BizAps provides SAP solutions that help optimise ERP functionality for finance and accounting processes. The acquisition of BizAps will enable WNS to further assist global customers in transforming shared services finance and accounting functions, such as purchase-topay and order-to-cash, said a news release. - Our Bureau
