Steria academy in Chennai

Chennai, June 18

Europe-based IT services provider Steria launched its academy in Chennai today in partnership with online graduate school U21Global. According to Mr Francois Enaud, CEO, Steria, the idea of the ‘leadership school’ is to create a strong learning and development engine to drive its ability to lead in global economy. Its programmes are based on a modular approach with a mix of face-to-face and e-learning programmes. The first of these will be an eight-month long Certificate in Global Business Leadership programme. The pilot batch of participants comprises 57 senior representatives from all of Steria’s geographies. He said there are three more ‘schools of learning’ of the Steria Academy (sales, consulting and programme management) in the pipeline.
