Spot rubber turns weak

Kottayam, June 18 Spot rubber turned on Wednesday. The sentiments were partially bearish as international indices turned lower on bull liquidation followed by declines in oil and gold futures.

Sheet rubber moved down to Rs 127.75 from Rs 129 a kg on buyer resistance.

RSS 3 surrendered marginally at its June contract to ¥346 (Rs 136.83) from ¥347.1, Spot prices were (Rs/kg): RSS-4: 127.75 (129); RSS-5: 124 (125.50); ungraded: 122.25 (122.50); ISNR 20: 123 (123.50) and latex 60 per cent: 86 (86).
