Cochin Intl Airport to start management academy

Thiruvananthapuram: The Cochin International Airport Ltd. (CIAL) wills start an academy to give training in airport management.

This was decided at a board meeting of CIAL here chaired by the Chief Minister, Mr. V.S. Achuthanandan.

The curriculum of the academy will include terminal management, fire and safety service, cargo management, ground handling and operations management. The academy will offer post-graduate course in business management with specialisation in airport management, apart from graduate course in airport management. — Our Bureau
