Priyadarshini Cements 2nd unit

Hyderabad, June 20

Priyadarshini Cements, an arm of Rain Commodities Ltd, commissioned its brownfield expansion project at its plant at Boincheruvupalli in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. According to a release, the production unit II of the company began commercial production of its expanded capacity of 1.5 mtpa (million tonnes per annum) on Thursday. With this, the total production capacity of the Hyderabad-based company now reached 3.16 mtpa of cement. —
