The Hindu Business Line : United India micro office

United India Insurance has opened its micro office on Sathanur main road in the city.The Chief Regional Manager, Indian Overseas Bank, Ms Renuka Mohan Rao, declared the office open at a brief function. In her inaugural address, she recalled the parentage of both the organisations. She lauded the micro office concept and said steps will be taken to initiate the same in her bank. The Chief Regional Manager, United India Insurance, Madurai, Mr K.B. Vijay Srinivas, in his key -note address spoke on the strong fundamentals and financial strength of his organisation. He also explained his company’s desire to reach each and every unrepresented area in the State through the office. Mr Vijay Srinivas also issued the first policy to the K. Abishekapuram branch of the Indian Overseas Bank. The Regional Manager of United India Insurance, Madurai, Mr D. Jawahar Mangalaharan; and Divisional Manager, Tiruchi, Mr L. Rangarajan, also spoke.
