Mr Anil Kumar Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director of the group, also announced a residential-cum-commercial project in Kochi near Aluva, where the company has purchased two acres of land near the bypass.

The Rs 200-crore project will be a world-class marvel in luxury and grandeur, which is a hallmark of all Amrapali projects, he told reporters after a pre-launch function. The board members of the company were present on the occasion.

The company is also looking at a 5-star hotel project in Kerala considering the tourism potential of the State, he added.

The company has made phenomenal progress during the 12 years of its vigorous growth.
