Secude AG acquires Altrion Tech

Chennai, June 26

Secude AG, a Switzerland-based information technology company, has acquired Altrion Technologies Private Ltd, a Chennai-based provider of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration solutions and SAP security and technology consulting for an undisclosed amount. Altrion will be part of the Secude, which has 150 employees, and will be restructured as Secude India Private Ltd.- Our Bureau
