Hyderabad, July 3 Country Club India Ltd (CCIL) has completed 20 acquisitions this current calendar year including an international property in Dubai. This has taken the total tally of clubs owned and managed by CCIL to 50.

The Hyderabad-based company has informed the BSE that its board of directors has also recommended a final dividend at 20 per cent on the paid-up equity share capital for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.

The board okayed, subject to members approval, the proposal of sub-division of equity shares of Rs 10 each into equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.

Another proposal for issue of seven lakh warrants to promoters convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company to be issued at a price of Rs 770 a warrant (includes a premium of Rs 760 a warrant), has also been given the nod.

CCIL has also plans for enlisting its equity shares with the National Stock Exchange.
