Clarification

With reference to the news report captioned ‘Caterpillar eyeing Hindustan Motors arm’, published in the edition dated July 2, Mr Sudhir Rao, Managing Director of AVTEC Ltd, has denied that there are any discussions between AVTEC and Caterpillar (or any other company) relating to a potential acquisition of AVTEC.
