Horlicks Wizkids fiesta

Kochi, July 4

A s many as 175,000 students from over 1,300 schools across 19 Indian cities and 3 countries will participate in Horlicks Wizkids 2008, India’s largest inter-school literary and cultural fiesta. The Kochi event will take place at Ernakulam Town Hall Auditorium on July 8 with an estimated 5,000 students from 40 schools in the region expected to participate. This year, the festival is all set to promote self-reliance among children through Horlicks’ new initiative, ‘Badlo Apne Bachpan Ka Size’. The initiative is aimed at creating awareness about child rights by empowering students to become self-reliant. – Our Bureau
