The Coimbatore chapter of Executive Recruiters Association (ERA) is being inaugurated on July 5. This will be ERA’s ninth chapter in the country. In a release, ERA said the recruitment industry has seen rapid growth in the past few years coinciding with the growth witnessed by the IT, telecom, banking sector and so on. More than 180 recruitment firms were its members and the combined annual turnover of all ERA members was more than Rs 2,000 crore. Executive recruitme nt consulting is a specialised profession that helped organisations to ‘identify, evaluate and recruit executives’ at different levels.
