Coimbatore, July 7 Century Extrusions Ltd has announced the commencement of manufacture and supply of hardware for power transmission and distribution lines with effect from July 7, at its existing factory at Kharagpur.

Deccan Aviation Ltd has informed that the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, Deccan Aviation Ltd and Deccan Charters Ltd and certified copies of the Order of the High Court dated June 16 sanctioning the scheme have been received and a copy of the same has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, on July 2, making the scheme effective.

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has approved sub-division of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Everonn Systems India Ltd has signed an MoU with the Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh to implement IT education in 793 senior secondary schools across all 12 districts of the State. The project will be implemented in BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) model for a period of four years.
