Coimbatore, July 8 Arrow Webtex Ltd has informed that following the order of the Bombay High Court made on June 6, the meetings of unsecured creditors and equity shareholders of the company were held on July 5 to consider and approve the scheme of arrangement in the nature of demerger of the textiles business of the company and it was approved.
