Madurai, July 8 Entrepreneurship is a state of mind that seeks to create value through the use of an opportunity that stands the test of time, in the process of which, the entrepreneur creates wealth for himself and the society as well, said Mr R. Dinesh, Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry(CII), Madurai Zone.Initiating a CII Member Fellowship Evening on Entrepreneurship, an effort by CII to infuse a sense of self belief among budding entrepreneurs and showcasing successful first generation native entrepreneurs, he said that for a region to develop, the spirit of entrepreneurship must become the urge of the people. With access to capital becoming easier today, new ideas in every realm of activity matters much and needs encouragement, he said.Dr K.P.Natarajan, Managing Director, KPN Travels Ltd, and Mr C.N. Ashok, Director-Commercial, Auto Print Machinery Manufacturers, shared their experiences. An emphasis on core values, application of the evolving technology at every stage, practice of self-discipline, automation in functioning, team effort with focus on customer satisfaction have been the guiding principles in achievement, they said.
