Madurai, July 9

The third edition of The Hindu Metroplus Lifestyle show opens in the city today. Held between July 10 and 14 at Tamukkam grounds, the show goes beyond the mundane and represents a trendy and fashionable experience, according to Mr V. Kalidoss, Vice-President (Advertisement), The Hindu group of publications. The show features 140 stalls in two hangars spanning 50,000 sq ft and offers a wide gamut of consumer products, furniture and interior décor articles. Samsung Elec tronics is the title sponsor of the event and co-sponsors include HP Compaq, Maruthi Udyog, Jute Manufacturing Development Council, Sun Direct DTH and iRest. While Taj Garden Retreat is associated as the hospitality partner, Kodai FM is associated as radio sponsor, I Ads and Events as event manager and Blue Hills as water sponsor. Free parking for vehicles is provided inside the grounds. The entry fee for the event is Rs 20. —
